여자 대학생의 안정 성인애착과 외모수용의 관계 : 자아존중감과 직관적 섭식의 매개효과

The Relationship between Secure Adult Attachment and Appearance Appreciation of female university students: The Mediating Effect of Selfesteem and Intuitive Eating

본 연구는 여자 대학생을 대상으로 하여 안정 성인애착과 외모수용의 관계에서 자아존중감과 직관적 섭식의 매개효과가 나타나는지를 검증하였다. 여자 대학생 202명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 본 연구의 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안정 성인애착이 높을수록 자아존중감이 높아지며, 직관적 섭식과 외모수용도 높아졌다. 둘째, 자아존중감이 높을수록 직관적 섭식이 높아지고, 외모수용이 높아졌다. 셋째, 직관적 섭식이 높을수록 외모수용이 높아졌다. 분석 결과 본 연구모형은 연구에 적합한 것으로 나타났고, 자아존중감은 대학생의 안정 성인애착과 외모수용의 관계를 완전 매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 안정 성인애착과 외모수용의 간의 관계에서 있어서 직관적 섭식은 매개효과를 갖지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of self-esteem and intuitive eating in the relationship between secure adult attachment and appearance appreciation. A total of 202 female university students were asked to complete the questionnaires. First, secure adult attachment was positively associated with self-esteem, intuitive eating and appearance appreciation. Second, self-esteem was positively associated with intuitive eating, and appearance appreciation. Third, intuitive eating was positively associated with appearance appreciation. Results of the structural model indicated that the model fit the data well. and revealed relational self-esteem fully mediated the relationship between secure adult attachment and appearance appreciation. but intuitive eating did not mediate the relationship between secure adult attachment and appearance appreciation. Finally, limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
