국내 DISC 행동유형 연구의 동향과 과제: 2004년부터 2019년 국내 학술지 기준

DISC Behavior Style Research in Korea: Trends and Challenges

본 연구는 DISC 행동유형의 국내 연구동향과 흐름을 파악하여 향후 DISC 행동유형 연구의 학문적 확장과 시사점 제공을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 국내 학술지에 발표된 91편의 논문을 대상으로 일반현황 분석, 참고문헌과 측정도구분석, 연구 변인및 결과로 구분하여 분석하였다. DISC 행동유형 관련 논문분석 결과, 2004년부터 2019년 1/4분기까지 매년 평균 6편의 논문이 발표되었다. 논문의 게재 학술지 분야는 의료와 관광분야, 아동 육아, 디지털 사이버, 미용, 소비자 등 전 학문 영역에 걸쳐 매우 다양하였다. 연구 대상자군은 대학생이 가장 많았으며, 직장인, 의료기관 종사자, 회식 호텔 서비스 종사자 순으로 다양하였다. 4차 산업혁명시대의 도래와 함께 연구 대상이 애니메이션이나 영화 속 캐릭터, 쳇봇까지 그 영역이 다변화하고 있었다. 연구방법은 전체 87%가 실증연구로 이루어졌고, DISC행동유형의 비율은 주도형 18%, 사교형 35%, 안정형 27%, 신중형 20%의 비율로 수렴 하였다. 그러나 연구의 양과 질이 성숙함에도 불구하고 국내 DISC행동유형 연구는 참고문헌의 확장과 측정도구의 정확한 사용의 과제를 남겼다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the domestic research trends and trends of DISC behavior styles and to provide the academic expansion and implications of future DISC behavior styles research. To this end, 91 papers published in a local academic journal were analyzed by analyzing the general status, reference literature and measurement tools, and analyzing research parameters and results. An average of six papers were published each year from 2004 to 2019 after analyzing papers on the types of DISC behavior. The academic field of the paper s publication varied widely across all academic areas, including medical and tourism, child care, digital cyber, beauty and consumer. The study group had the largest number of university students, followed by office workers, medical workers, and dining hotel service workers. With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, the research targets were diversifying into animation, movie characters and Chatbot. A total of 87% of the research methods were conducted through empirical research, and the proportion of DISC behavior styles was collected at a rate of 18% by Dominance style, 35% by Influence style, 27% by Steadiness style, and 20% by Conscientiousness style. However, despite the maturity of the quantity and quality of the research, the domestic DISC behavior style study left the task of expanding reference literature and accurate use of measurement tools.
