비장애대학생의 공동체의식 유형에 따른 장애대학생에 대한 태도 차이

The Difference in Attitude Toward University Students with Disabilities According to University Students’s Sense Type of Community

본 연구는 비장애대학생의 공동체의식 유형을 분석하고 각 유형별로 장애대학생에 대한 태도에 차이가 있는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P시의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 비장애대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 2단계 군집분석, 판별분석과 일원배치분산분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비장애대학생의 공동체의식 유형은 4개의 군집으로 분류되었고, ‘권위순종형’, ‘자율협력형’, ‘무관심형’, ‘폐쇄형’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비장애대학생의 공동체의식 유형에 따라 장애대학생에 대한 태도는 차이를 보였다. 즉, 행동적 태도에서 ‘권위순종형’이 ‘무관심형’보다 높게 나타났으며, ‘자율협 력형’이 ‘무관심형’과 ‘폐쇄형’보다 높게 나타났다. 인지적 태도와 전체 장애대학생에 대한 태도에서는 ‘자율협력형’이 ‘무관심형’보다 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 감정적 태도는 공동체의식 유형에 따라 차이가 없었다. 본 연구에서 확인된 결과를 중심으로 비장애대학생의 공동체의식 유형에 따른 차별화된 교육적 시사점을 논의하 였고, 향후 장애대학생에 대한 긍정적 태도 함양을 위해 구체적인 제언을 제시하였 다.

This study aimed to explore the sense type of community of university students and further investigated the differences in attitude toward university students with disabilities. The participants were 201 university students in Busan metropolitan city. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows. First, the sense type of community of university students has been categorized into four group types: obedience, cooperation, indifference, exclusion. Second, the attitude toward university students with disabilities showed a significant difference according to the sense type of community of university students. Based on these results, this study provided useful information that not only educational implications for university students but also support direction for assisting successful school life.
