예비 체육교사 교육에서 교과융합설계 과목의 팀티칭 경험에 대한 셀프 연구

A Self-Study on the Team Teaching Experience of Subject Convergence Design Course for the Education in Pre-service Physical Education Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 사범대학의 예비 체육교사 교육자가 타 전공과의 팀티칭 과목인 「중등수업의 교과융합적 설계」과목을 운영하면서 경험한 내용을 셀프 연구로 분석및 논의하는 것이다. 자료는 연구자가 직접 작성한 자기 성찰일지를 수집하였고, 경험의 내면적 요소를 심층적으로 분석하기 위해 텍스트화-코딩-범주화로 이루어지는 자기 실행 분석을 실시하였다. 경험 분석 결과, 걱정거리의 실체(實體)는 융합 교육에 대한 연구자의 욕심과 기대, 팀티칭 수행 과정에서의 동료 교수와의 관계로 나타났 다. 또한 혼란의 실체(實體)는 과목, 교수자, 학습자에 대한 기존의 정체성 개념과 수업 중 인지하게 된 정체성 개념의 불일치로 나타났다. 이러한 셀프 연구는 다음과 같은 시사점을 남겼다. 첫째, 예비 체육교사 교육에서의 융합 교육과 팀티칭에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혔다. 둘째, 교과 간 융합 과목과 팀티칭은 상호유기적 관계에 의해 결합 해야 한다. 셋째, 사범대학에서의 융합 교육과 팀티칭 수행은 예비 체육교사들의 융합 교육 ‘실행’까지 고려해야 한다. 넷째, 융합 교육과 팀티칭 수행 교수자의 경험 내면을 주목하는 것은 향후 보다 신속한 개선 방향 마련에 도움을 준다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the contents experienced by operating a course 「Subject Convergence Design for Secondary Class」that was operated by educator in pre-service PE teacher at College of Education. The collected data was the self-examination journal, and also data conducted the self-execution analysis composed of textualization-coding-categorization for the in-depth analysis on the internal elements of experience. In the results, the truth of the concerns was the researcher’s greed and expectation of convergence education and the relationship with colleague professor in the process of performing team teaching. Also, the truth of confusions was the discordance between the existing identity concept of subject, professor, and learner understood by the researcher and the identity concept cognized during the actual lesson. This self-study had implications as follows. First, the understanding of convergence education and team teaching has been expanded. Second, the convergence subject and team teaching should be combined by mutually-organic relationship. Third, the performance of team teaching and convergence education at College of Education should consider the ‘execution’ of convergence education for pre-service PE teachers. Forth, paying attention to the inner side of professors performing the convergence education and team teaching plays positive roles in quickly finding the improvement direction.
