We removed evaporation, etching and lift-off process for fabrication of Source/Drain(S/D) electrodes in OTFTs by using micro-contact printing with Ag-Paste S/D electrodes. Al is used for gate electrode, Micro-contact printed Ag-paste is used for S/D electrodes. We also used poly-4vinylphenol(PVP) for gate insulator and pentacene for active layer.
