난삭재(STS304, STS410)가공에서 절삭조건이 표면에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Cutting Condition on Surface Roughness of the Difficult-to-Cut(STS304,STS410) in Turning

This study is to examine the effect of cutting conditions on surface roughness. The cutting conditions consist of the cutting speed, depth, and feed. STS304 and STS410 stainless steel are used as working materials, and the TiN coated cutting tools. Experimental results show that the surface roughness is 1. Generally, the more cutting speed is, the better the surface roughness. At the cutting condition used for the experiment the best surface roughness was obtained by performing the cutting speed 140m/min 2. The surface roughness according to variation of feed rate has got better as it was smaller. 3. The cutting depth is bigger it is, the better the surface roughness. But feed speed of 300mm/min, at the cutting conditing used for the experiment the surface roughness according to variation of the depth of cut has hardly any effects on it.
