Such climate change as global warming is significant enough to be used as the main subject in many field. In this study, the alternative foods for responding to climate change have been investigated in Uzbekistan. The purpose of the present study is to construct the development strategy of alternative food from the barren environment on the cultivation of agricultural product. In order to do so, there was a great help from a lot of people in Uzbekistan, especially KOPIA. Based on the results, it suggests that the development of human resource is most important and the globalization strategy of new generation.
