The Effect of the Educational Service Quality of College on the Student’s Occupational Consciousness “Focused on Korea Polytechnics”

This study is conducted to analyze the effect of the educational service quality of college on the student’s occupational consciousness. The multi-regression is used for analyzing relationship between educational service quality and occupational consciousness. As the results of empirical analysis with multi-regression, empathy, responsiveness and reliability among factors of educational service quality have a positive effect on the student s occupational consciousness significantly. In conclusion, if empathy, responsiveness and reliability are improved, the student’s occupational consciousness can be enhanced.
