An Empirical Study on Site Improvement Process of Using ProEye

Several national and international companies have introduced a variety of ways to achieve business results. In infrastructure-based small businesses, such as the weak force, compared to the global corporate capital, which are a limit to introduce such a variety of ways to achieve business results. In this paper, results of reducing of production waste of small manufacturing site can be found using ProEye which is a analysis program after video capturing.
