풍수지리사상이 부동산구매의사결정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A study on the influence that the thought of Feng shui Jiri has on the decision to purchase real estate

본 논문은 토지에 관한 전통사상과 부동산간의 상관관계적 의미와 요소들을 추출하여 그러한 전통사상이 부동산구매의사결정시 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구는 토지에 관한 전통사상과 토지문화의 특징과 구조를 알아봄으로써 부동산구매 의사결정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 이론과 사상을 고찰하였다. 연구의 결과는 토지에 관한 전통사상이 부동산구매의사결정에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하고 풍수지리 각 요인간의 관계를 비교분석하였다. 본 연구는 토지에 관한 전통사상과 부동산간의 상관관계가 다양한 방면으로 심도있게 계속적인 연구가 이루어져서 우리 국토의 효율적인 이용과 안락한 삶에 이용될 것을 제시하였다.

This dissertation studied the influence that the traditional thought of land has on the decision to purchase real estate by extracting mutually relational meaning and factors between the traditional thought and real estate. In this study examined theory and thought that may affect the decision to purchase real estate by investigating the traditional thought of land and the characteristics and structure of land culture. This result of study corroborated and analyzed the influence that the traditional thought of land has on the decision to purchase real estate as well as compared and analyzed the relation between each factor of the thought of Feng-shui Jiri. This paper showed that the correlation between the traditional thought of land and real estate should be intensively and constantly studied in diverse areas in order to contribute to the efficient utilization of our land and comfortable life.
