This study analysed, with the concept of negotiations, the factor of decision in immovables price used for residence, and in addition interpreted again general factors affecting on real property price with the concept of negotiations. Maybe, this will be a trial through which scholars can interpret and approach the factor of decision in real property price in the future. This author doesn t have a point of view that the factor of decision in real property price, presented in the course of purchasing and selling property, will speak all by proxy. But, if the factor of decision in real property price can be viewed from a new vision, this study will hopefully attain an object. In the end, this study gave an emphasis on literature research and didn t perform sufficiently a positive analysis. In the future, it is necessary to make up for the analysis through collecting related cases and researching inquiry questionnaires for complement.
