The revised Real Estate Brokerage Act will be renamed as a Licensed Real Estate Agent Business and Real Estate Real Price Transaction Report Act caused many controversial issues during legislation procedure that will be implemented from January 30, 2006. However, Real Price Transaction Report of Real Estate will be implemented from January 1, 2006. This Act which has been guided by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation will establish the transparent Real Estate Transaction Record and prevention of speculation. The difference from previous Real Estate Brokerage Act are that has a meaningful contents and the Real Price Transaction Reporting system. However, the most important thing is that stakeholder those who have controversial interest are conflicted among each other and finally compromised during legislative procedure. The main purpose of this study are to contribute to the right application of new act called the Licensed Real Estate Agent Business and Real Estate Real Price Transaction Report Act that include the evaluation of controversial issues for legislation and review the needed systematic improvement for advanced Real Estate distribution industry.
