항공서비스 전공 대학생의 외모만족도, 전공만족도, 취업스트레스 영향관계

The University Student who is Studying Airline Service s Influencing Relationship about the Appearance Satisfaction, the Major Satisfaction and the Employment Stress

최근 청년시업이 사회 문제로 대두되고 있는 시점에 다른 기업과 비교하여 특히 항공사 승무직은 높은 입사 경쟁률을 보이고 있다. 이에 항공서비스학과 전공 대학생들의 외모만족도와 전공만족도, 취업스트레스의 영향관계에 대해 연구하여 학생 취업 지도에 효과적으로 활용하고자 한다.. 충청북도 및 경상북도 4년제 대학 4곳의 항공서비스 관련 학과 재학생을 대상으로 2019년 3월 20일부터 30일까지 총 10일간 조사하였으며 총 240부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 가설 검증 결과 첫째, 외모만족도는 전공만족도의 관계는 상관관계가 없음으로 가설이 기각되었으며 둘째, 외모만족도는 취업스트레스에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 셋째, 전공만족도도 취업스트레스에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 외모만족도가 높을수록 취업 스트레스를 적게 받으며 이는 취업 역량 강화의 한 방법으로 항공사에서 원하는 적절한 외모관리행 동과 좋은 이미지 관리가 필요함을 의미한다. 그리고 항공서비스 학과 전공만족도를 높이면 취업스트레스가 감소함으로 항공서비스 교육과정 및 교수학습방법 등을 발전시켜야 함을 시사한다. 진로지도차원에서 외모에 대한 올바른 인식을 심어주고 긍정적 이미지를 강화하는 외모관리 프로그램이 필요하며 학과 전공 만족도 향상을 위한 다양한 방법을 강화 한다면 취업 역량 강화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Recently youth employment is major social issue while the job of crew members at airline company is very popular and competition rate to get a that job is very high. This study, the university student who is studying air service s influencing relationship about the appearance satisfaction, major satisfaction and the employment stress, is very effective for guiding student to get a job. For this study, the survey was performed to the university students specialized in air service at 4 universities of Chungcheongbuk-do and Gyungsangbuk-do from March 20th to March 30th, 2019 and from that survey, total 240 data was collected and analysed. From the verification result for the hypothesis, First, there is no relationship between the appearance satisfaction and the major satisfaction. Second, the appearance satisfaction is negative effect to the employment stress. Third, the major satisfaction is also negative effect to the employment stress. In other word, the more feels appearance satisfaction, the less feels the employment stress. So, to strength competence of finding a job, need a maintenance of good image and controlling a good appearance which are required by airline company. and As students are satisfied with major study then students feels less employment stress, it means that results should be reflected to the skill of teaching method and air service lecture curriculum. Professor should guide students to get a right awareness to appearance and for that, need programs to strength controlling appearance. and also when professor strengths various methods for improving the major satisfaction, it will be helpful for strengthening competence of finding a job.
