천부경天符經 위작설僞作說 비판

Critic of theories of forgery involving Cheonbugyeong

일반적으로 천부경은 단군의 고조선시대 백성들을 가르치던 경전으로 알려져 있다. 가장 먼저 그 전문이 알려진 것은 1911년에 간행된 󰡔환단고기󰡕 ｢태백일 사｣의 천부경이다. 그러나 원본 󰡔환단고기󰡕는 실전되고 1979년에 와서 재간행 되었다. 그 사이 천부경이 세상에 널리 공표된 것은 1920년 전병훈의 󰡔정신철학통편󰡕 을 통해서이다. 그런데 전병훈에게 천부경을 전해준 사람은 단군교의 윤효정이다.그리고 단군교의 천부경은 계연수가 묘향산 석벽의 천부경을 발견하고 탁본하여 보낸 것이다. 이러한 천부경의 전래과정이 근대에 갑자기 일어난 일이라 여러 위작설이 생겨났다. 이 논문의 주제는 천부경 관련 위작설을 세 가지로 분류해서 살펴보고 이들 각각의 위작설을 논리적으로 비판하고 천부경의 진실성을 강조하는 것이다.

In general, Cheonbugyeong has been known as the scripture with which the people of Ancient Joseon of Dangun were taught and instructed. Its full text came into light for the first time through the publication of Taebaekilsa of Hwandangogi in 1911. However, soon afterwards the original text of the Hwandangogi had been lost till 1979, the year of its republication. During this interval, Cheonbugyeong became widely known to the general public in 1920, when “The General Review of the Spiritual Philosophy,” a book by Jeon Byeong-hoon had been published. Meanwhile, the one who gave a copy of Cheonbugyeong to Jeon Byeong-hoon was Yoon Hyo-jeong of Dangungyo. And, in turn, the latter received Cheonbugyeong from Gye Yeon-su, who had found it in the form of inscriptions at a rock wall in Myohyangsan mountain and obtained the text through stone-rubbing. But, recently there arose some theories which refute the authenticity of the text of Cheonbugyeong, presumably because the scripture was found in the modern time and transmitted in a quick way. This article classifies these theories of forgery involving Cheonbugyeong into three groups for critical review. The main purpose is to logically refute each version of the forgery theory and to vindicate the authenticity of Cheonbugyeong.
