Work-Improving Process by Manual Line Analysis

Most of companies try to raise the efficiency of production by the measurement of work in the automated process. In this way, work measurement to increase the working efficiency and work improvement on the basis of the measured results make the companies reduce waste in productivity and promote the management efficiency. This paper presents processes of work improvement on the basis of results by the manual line analysis among work management methods by work measurement , and compares processes each other in efficiency. As a result, it was possible to check the efficiency of the work time and work personnel and get the effect of improving the work.
