운동참여 대학생의 신체적 자기개념이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

Effect of Physical Self-Concept to Exercise Participation on Psychological Well-Being in College Students

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of college students participate in the exercise on physical self-perception and psychological well-being of college students. Two hundred thirteen participants were assigned to male (n=110), female (n=103) in self-reported questionnaire. Measures were the physical self-perception, psychological well-being. The data obtained from each measure were analyzed using two way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. From the results of students comparison first, physical self-perception by gender man the woman was higher flexibility. Second, sub-scales of the physical self-perception(ie., sports competence, physical activity, self-esteem, flexibility, endurance) in which the students participate in the exercise showed were higher. Third, according to gender no significant differences were found in the psychological well-being data. Fourth, students participating in the exercise were higher than students who do not participate in the exercise in psychological well-being. Fifth, The result of multiple regression analysis, physical self-perception of self-esteem, endurance, appearance, muscular strength were described as prediction factor of psychological well-being immersion euphoria. With other results, self-esteem, health factor are appeared as prediction factor to explain the euphoria of psychological well-being.
