화재감지센서용 PZN-PSS-PZT계 초전재료의 전기적 특성에 미치는 Mn O₂ 첨가제의 영향

In this study, the effect of Mn <TEX>$O_2$</TEX> additive on the electrical characteristics of PZN-PSS-PZT Pyroelectric materials for the fire detactor was studies. PZT ceramics used this experimental is 4 composite system <TEX>$[$</TEX>Pb(Z <TEX>$n_{1}$</TEX>3/ N <TEX>$b_{2}$</TEX>3/) <TEX>$O_3$</TEX>+Pb(S <TEX>$n_{1}$</TEX>3/ S <TEX>$b_{2}$</TEX>3/) <TEX>$O_3$</TEX>+PbTi <TEX>$O_3$</TEX>+PbZr <TEX>$O_3$</TEX><TEX>$]$</TEX>The dielectric constants and dissipation factors decreases as to Mn <TEX>$O_2$</TEX> concentration increases. At the Mn <TEX>$O_2$</TEX> 0.5(<TEX>$\omega$</TEX>t%), Pyroelectric coefficient shows 8(10<TEX>$^{-8C}$</TEX><TEX>$\textrm{cm}^2$</TEX><TEX>$^{\circ}C$</TEX>) which have the highst value among other additive contents. It is found that output voltage shows maximum peck at Mn <TEX>$O_2$</TEX>0.7(<TEX>$\omega$</TEX>t%) is associated with the higher pyroelectric coefficient and Lowered dielectric constant.t.
