작업복의 연소특성에 관한 실험적 연구

An Experimental Study on the Burning Characteristics of Working Uniform

본 논문에서는 작업복의 연소특성을 실험적으로 연구하였으며, 초기 점화위치는 상의소매 부분, 상의전면 중앙부분 및 하의무릎 부분으로 하였다. 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 미연소 질량비는 점화위치가 하의무릎 부분의 경우가 가장 빨리 감소하며 다음으로 상의소매 부분, 상의전면 중앙부분의 경우 순으로 감소하였다. 최고평균표면온도는 점화위치가 상의소매 부분, 상의전면 중앙부분, 하의무릎 부분의 경우 순으로 높게 나타났다. 연소 중 최고복사열유속은 점화위치가 상의소매 부분<TEX>$(0.5\;W/cm^2)$</TEX>, 상의전면 중앙부분 <TEX>$(0.45\;W/cm^2)$</TEX>, 하의무릎 부분<TEX>$(0.44\;W/cm^2)$</TEX>의 경우 순으로 높게 나타났다.

Burning characteristics of working uniform was studied in this paper experimentally. Initial ignition point was classified in three cases that is midpoint of sleeve (Sleeve case), front side midpoint of coat (Center case) and midpoint of trousers (Leg case). The results are as follows¡¤ The remained mass ratio was decreased in order of Leg case, Sleeve case, Center case. And the highest average temperature of surface was appeared in order of Sleeve case, Center case, Leg case. Maximum radiant heat flux during burning was appeared high in order of Sleeve case <TEX>$(0.5\;W/cm^2)$</TEX>, Center case <TEX>$(0.45\;W/cm^2)$</TEX>, Leg case <TEX>$(0.44\;W/cm^2)$</TEX>.
