청소년의 부모방임인식이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향: 성인용매체몰입의 매개효과

The Influence of Perceived Parental Neglect on Career Identity among Juveniles: The Mediating Effect of Adult Materials Usage Commitment

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 부모방임인식이 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 성인용매체몰입이 매개역할을 수행하는지를 밝히는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국청소년정책연구원의 패널조사자료(초등학교 4학년 패널조사자료 중 7차년도인 2016년 자료) 중 측정변수에 결측값이 없는 428명의 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 청소년의 부모방임인식과 성인용매체몰입 간에는 유의한 정적 인과관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 청소년의 부모방임인식과 진로정체감 간 에는 유의한 부적 인과관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성인용매체몰입과 진로정체감 간에도 유의한 부적 인과관계가 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 청소년의 부모방임인식은 성인용매체몰입을 통해 진로정체감에 유의한 부적 영 향을 간접적으로 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석결과에 기초하여 연구의 시사점과 미래의 연구과제를 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of perceived parental neglect and career identity and the mediating effect of adult materials usage commitment on this relationship among juveniles. To accomplish this purpose, there was analyzed 428 students data of panel survey data for fourth graders in elementary schools that conducted by Korea Youth Policy Institute in 2016. As a analysis result, perceived parental neglect was positively related to adult materials usage commitment and was negatively related to career identity. Also adult materials usage commitment was negatively related to career identity. The relationship between perceived parental neglect and career identity was mediated by adult materials usage commitment. Finally, based on these analysis results, the implication of this study and future study tasks were discussed.
