통합교육에 대한 유아교사의 역할수행 관련 변인 간 관계 구조 분석

A structural analysis of the variables related the role performance of early childhood teachers in integrated education

본 연구는 통합교육에 대한 유아교사의 역할수행과 통합교육에 대한 태도, 동료와 의 관계, 근무환경 간의 관계가 어떠한지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 12월부터 2016년 1월까지 D시와 K도 소재 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 433명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 변인간의 관계를 알아보고자 수집된 자료는 통계적 검증을 위해 기술통계, 상관관계, 구조방정식을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 통합교육에 대한 유아교사의 역할수행과 통합교육에 대한 태도, 동료와의 관계, 근무환경 간에는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 통합교육에 대한 태도는 동료와의 관계와 역할수행에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또 유아교사의 동료와의 관계는 근무환경에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 통합교육에 대한 태도는 동료와의 관계를 매개로 근무환경에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of early childhood teachers in integrated education, their attitudes toward integrated education, their relationship with colleagues, and their working environments. To do this, we surveyed 433 teachers working in day-care-centers in D city and K province from December 2015 to January 2016. To analyze the relationship between variables, collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation, and structural equation model for statistical The results were as follows: First, there is a correlation among their role performance of integrated education, attitude to integrated education, colleague relationship, and their working environment. Second, the attitude to integrated education has a direct effect on their colleague relationship and the role performance. Also their colleague relationship directly influences the working environment. Last, the structural relationship among variables of the integrated education of early childhood teachers showed that early childhood teachers’ attitude to integrated education indirectly influence working environment through the colleague relationship.
