A Study on the Implementation of Determine the Optimal Multi-layer Algorithm for VLSI Circuits

In this paper, recent transistor and integrated circuit according to stow on the delay and area minimization of design, and optimization methods to reduce power consumption, there is a need. Semiconductor manufacturing technology increases, due to changes in density, depending on the engineering tradeoffs in the design work that is important during integrated circuit design. The most trade-circuit design timing, power and chip area is associated with a more accurate layout placement at the time to predict the timing and routing congestion analysis is needed. In this study, neuro-fuzzy algorithm for placing parts of the system and the expert system, a fuzzy neural network algorithm in the form of hybrid algorithms depending on experience needed to design and classification problems based reasoning system based on the group of valid inference in the environment with the ability to implement the algorithm and prove its effectiveness.
