Semiconducting SnO₂ film has been deposited on the surface of Si single crystal by the C.V.D method, and the Electrical properties have been I on investigated SnO₂-Si n-n heterojunction. The I-V characteristics SnO₂-Si n-n heterojunction showed a good rectification. In this paper, through the window of the reactor color interference control the thickness of the changes slowly enough to spray Chemical vapor deposition of solar cells made using the electrical properties of materials will be investigated.
