본 연구는 대학기록관의 박물을 대상으로 통합검색을 위한 기술 요소의 선정과 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 기록물 관리법과 연구문헌을 검토하였고 관련 기관의 담당자들에 대한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 또한 여러 국제 표준(ISAD(G), DACS, RDA, CCO)과 국내 대학기록관들의 박물 관련 기술 요소를 분석하였다. 그 결과로서 대학기록관 박물의 통합검색을 위한 기술 요소 및 내용과 이를 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to select and apply description elements for the integrated search of archival objects in university archives. For this purpose, the act of public archives management and the research literature were reviewed, and a survey was conducted on related institutions. Moreover, this paper made a comparison by using the archival description of ISAD(G), DACS, RDA, and CCO and referred to the descriptions that are being used at university archives. Based on these analyses, we suggested the description elements for the integrated search of archival objects in university archives and presented the practical application method for it.
