The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of learning motivation, physical self-perception, and self-efficacy on major satisfaction of dance, theater and film major students in art high school A total of 310 students of art high school (theater and film: 255 and dance: 55) living in Gyeonggi-do responded to questionnaires, which included items related to learning motivation, physical self-perception, self-efficacy, and major satisfaction. Data were analyzed by t-test, correlations, and structural equation modeling using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0 programs. The results of the current research were as follow. First, learning motivation had a direct effect on major satisfaction of dance, theater and film major students in art high school . Self-efficacy also exerted a positive effect on the major satisfaction, playing a partial mediating role in the relationship between learning motivation and major satisfaction. Second, physical self-perception did not have a direct effect on major satisfaction of dance, theater and film major students directly. However, physical self-perception indirectly influenced major satisfaction though self-efficacy. The implications of the research results are discussed.
