In this paper, each process in screen printing is trying to standardize. Left object to standardize a screen printer and materials environmental experiment(temperature: 23∼25℃, humidity: 50∼60%) as we cannot standardize all things so as we looked up data regarding an each variable through experiment of plate making regarding exposure along stabilization along screen mesh and exposure emulsion coating thickness by a foundation, and to be able to get the most suitable printed matter. Stabilization became after the last tensioning of a printing my a screen after progresses 12 hours.
