IC Chip of a mixed mode circuit is needed, which is using CMOS(Complementary Metal-oxide Semiconductor) process. On this, by mixing digital parts with analog parts in chip by means of CMOS skill, it is being advanced to simplify the producing process, to increase the degree of intergration to moderate the production cost, and to design the circuits for low-voltage. As the function of analog system is influenced by OP-AMP multi-function as well as low-Voltage is being advanced by power supplied to IC. But the amplifier which is the most basic analog circuit has some limitations in its function, such as operating range and signal to noise ratio under low voltage and low power consumption. This thesis will present the special quality of CMOS and OP-AMP consisted with CMOS. Especially two stage CMOS OP-AMP, which is light, multi-functional, and working in low voltage will be considered. Finally it will be studied the characteristics and the results of simulation and experiments for the amplifier.
