한국폴리텍 | 대학 학생의 직업기초능력에 관한 인식 조사

A Study on Key Competencies Cognition of Korea Polytechnic | Students

In this study, from four parts of key competencies(self-development competency, communicative competency, interpersonal competency, problem solving competency) I draw, three subparts of each part, overall 12 subparts, and conclude a degree of cognition about importance and necessity and a degree of possession through carrying out a survey targeting students at Korea Polytechnic I. As a result of the survey, we found, in a self-development competency, lack of self-management. In communicative competency, making structure of self knowledge or necessary information, or showing one’s own thought persuasive or delivering to others with understandable words appear relatively low. In interpersonal competency, students lack of networking with others, and in problem-solving competency, it shows that students lack of competency in exploring new and useful ideas for solving problems.
