This research shows the evaluation of a welding performance of the students by escaping from existing evaluation. And also it was made to use “the media” as an evaluation tool for students to be motivated and interested. The participants were divided into 2 experimental objective groups, which are named group A and group B. Group A participants test process was video recorded then evaluated by evaluation method. while group B participants were evaluated by evaluation method without the video recording. and the result of the evaluation shows as follows. In short, the evaluation method being applied media is regarded to be useful for students to get interested and to propel the effectiveness of learning. Accordingly it shows to be understood that the effectiveness of students learning is much dependent on the method for teacher to carry on.
