협업생산의 생산성향상을 위한 성경적 고찰

Biblical Analysis for Productivity Improvement in Team Production

본 연구에서는 현대기업의 대표적 생산양식인 협업생산의 생산성을 측정하는 방법을 설명하고, 협업생산의 생산성에 대한 실증분석 결과를 소개한다. 또한 협업 생산의 특성인 시너지효과, 오링효과, 도덕적 해이의 원인을 성경의 두 가지 일의 개념인 ‘아보다’와 ‘멜라카’의 관점에서 소개하고, 오링효과와 도덕적 해이를 최소화하는 성경적 방법을 제안한다.

This paper introduces the problem of measuring productivity of team production and its empirical results. And this paper explores the causes of the synergy effect, O-ring effect and moral hazard in team production function in terms of two concepts of work, ‘Avodah“ and ‘Melakhah’, and suggests the way of minimizing the negative effect of team production, i.e. the Oring-effect and moral hazard.
