간호대학생의 에니어그램유형별 취업불안, 외모만족도 및 자기표현성에 관한 연구

A Study on Employment Uneasiness, Appearance Satisfaction and Self Expression by Enneagram Type of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생의 성격유형에 따른 취업불안, 외모만족도및 자기표현성에 대한 관계를 파악하기 위해 2017년 6월 16일부터 6월 22일까지 경기도 소재 대학 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 100명을 대상으로 실시한 서술적 조사연구 이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 Version 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성과 에니어그램 성격유형은 빈도분석, 기술통계를 하였다. 일반적 특성 및에니어그램 유형에 따른 외모만족도, 자기표현성, 취업불안 점수의 차이검증은 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé사후검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 외모만족도, 자기 표현성, 취업불안간의 상관관계는 피어슨상관관계(Pearson s correlation coefficient) 로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 취업불안은 졸업을 앞두고 있는 4학년, 그리고 스트레스에 비교적 취약한 가슴(감정)중심에게서 높게 나타났으며, 외모만족도는 건강 할수록 그리고 전공만족도 및 학교성적이 높을수록 유의미하게 높은 결과를 보였으며, 반대로 취업불안은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.. 또한 자기표현성이 높을수록 임상실습 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 학교 및 학과에서는 졸업을 앞둔 4학년인 경우 취업불안을 낮추기 위한 방안으로 학생 자신의 유형을 파악하여 개인의 유형에 맞는 취업지원 프로그램을 선택 할 수 있도록 지도할 필요가 있으며, 보다 실질적으로 도움이 되는 여러 가지 취업에 대한 지원을 모색할 필요가 있음을 제언한다.

The results of this study showed that job anxiety was higher in the fourth graders who are about to graduate and in the heart (emotional) center which is relatively vulnerable to stress, and the higher the physical satisfaction, , On the contrary, job anxiety decreased. Also, the higher self - expression, the higher the satisfaction of clinical practice. Based on the results of the research, it is necessary for the school and the department to grasp the type of student himself / herself in order to lower the job anxiety in the 4th grader who is about to graduate, It is suggested that there is a need to seek support for various jobs that can help.
