간호대학생의 거부민감성과 공감역량이 사회적 유대감에 미치는 영향

Influence of Rejection Sensitivity and Compassion Competence on Social Connections of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 거부민감성과 공감역량이 사회적 유대감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 C도와 D시의 간호대학에 재학 중인 185명이다. 자료수집은 2018년 5월 1일부터 31일까지 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation과 hierarchical multiple regression이 실시되었다. 연구결과, 거부민감성과 공감역량이 사회적 유대감에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며, 이 변수들은 사회적 유대감을 50.2% 설명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 사회적 유대감을 높이기 위해서는 거부민감성과 공감역량을 고려한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

This descriptive study investigated the effects of rejection sensitivity and compassion competence on social connections of nursing students. The participants were 185 nursing students in C-do and D city. Data were collected from May 1 to 31, 2018. Date analysis was performed descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression using SPSS 22.0 program. The regression model that included interpersonal relationship, rejection sensitivity, and compassion competence explained about 50.2% of social connections. Rejection sensitivity and compassion competence were an important predictor of the social connections of nursing students. Therefore, strategics to improve rejection sensitivity and compassion competence are needed to increase social connections in nursing students.
