실외놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿과 행복감이 교사-영유아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Grit and Happiness of Child Care Teachers in Outdoor Play on Teacher-infant s Interaction

본 연구는 실외놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿, 행복감, 교사-영유아의 상호작 용의 관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 문제는 실외놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿과 행복감, 교사-영유아의 상호작용 수준을 알아보고, 실외놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿과 행복감, 교사-영유아 상호작용의 관계는 어떠한지와 실외 놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿과 행복감이 교사-영유아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2019년 1월 7일∼1월 25일까지 3주간 걸쳐 부산광역시에 소재한 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 350명을 대상으로 하였다. 선행연구에 기초하여 그릿, 행복감, 교사-영유아 상호작용 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 이후 수집된 자료 302부를 분석하여 연구문제에 따라 적률상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고 연구를 위하여 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실외놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿과 행복감, 교사-영유아의 상호작용 수준은 보통이상(M >3.0)으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실외놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿, 행복감, 교사-영유아 상호작용 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실외놀이에서 나타난 보육교사의 그릿과 행복감은 교사-영유아의 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 따라서 교사-영유아의 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위해 보육교사의 높은 그릿과 행복감은 반드시 고려되어야 할 변인으로 판단되며, 교사-영유아의 상호작용이 높아지려면 실외놀이 에서 보육교사의 그릿과 행복감을 높이는 것이 최우선 과제라 본다.

The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between grit, happiness, and teacher-infant interactions in outdoor play. The problem of this study was to find out the level of interaction between grit and happiness of child care teachers in outdoor play and teacher-infant interactions among teachers in outdoor play, and how the relationship between grit and happiness of child care teachers in outdoor play affects teacher-infant interactions. To achieve this goal, 350 child care teachers worked at daycare centers in Busan for three weeks from January 7 to January 25, 2019. Based on the prior study, the survey was conducted using grit, happiness, and teacher-infant interaction measures. Afterwards, 302 copies of the collected data were analyzed, integrated correlation and multiple return analysis were performed according to the research problem, and the SPSS 22.0 program was used for the research. The results of this study are as follows. First, the grit and happiness, of child care teachers and the level of interaction between teacher-infant children in outdoor play were mediocre (M >3.0). Second, it was found that there was a significant static correlation between the grit, happiness, and teacher-infant interactions of child care teachers shown in outdoor play. Third, the grit and happiness, of the child care teacher shown in the outdoor play turned out to be a variable affecting the teacher-infant interaction. Therefore, the high grit and happiness, of child care teachers must be considered to have a positive effect on teacher-infant interactions, and the highest priority is to enhance the grit and happiness, of child care teachers in outdoor play to increase teacher-infant interactions.
