청소년관계법 연구 동향 분석

An Analysis on the Current Research trends on Law-related Adolescents in Korea

본 연구는 청소년관계법에 대한 개념정의 및 범주, 청소년관계법의 연혁 등을 정리하고, 청소년 기본법과 청소년 보호법 등을 중심으로 그동안의 연구동향을 연구연도별, 학문 영역별, 연구내용별, 연구방법별, 연구성격별로 분석하여 이에 따른 향후 과제를 제안하고자 실시되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년관계법에 관한 협의 및 광의의 개념과 범주를 제안하고, 청소년관계법의 연혁을 크게 제4기에서 제6기로 재정리하였으며 이에 준하여 20여년간의 청소년관계법 관련 연구들의 동향을 분석하여 그 함의를 도출하였다. 이는 청소년관계법제를 정비하고 효과적인 청소년정책을 수립 및 수행하는데 있어 기초자료 및 근간이 될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends of Law-related Adolescents by investigating papers in domestic Adolescents Science journals from 1990 to 2006, and to ultimately provide characters of Korea Law-related Adolescents research and its directions. For this reason, the researcher analyzes 73 literatures and based on its results, interprets the research trends of Korea Law-related Adolescents. Regarding to the preceding studies, the framework used in this thesis is developed in way to expand the conceptual range of each area. 1) a period, 2) a major field of study, 3) a contents of study, 4) research method, 5) research title. Even in the results of this study, the studies on Law-related Adolescents stayed at a lower rank. It requires to make A discussion about the academic identity of on Law-related Adolescents, the relationship with other areas of methodology of Law-related Adolescents.
