Recently, due to rapid changes in population and family structure, there has been an increase in interest and demand for housing welfare. In particular, the proportion of single-parent households rose sharply from 9.9% in 2012 to 10.9% in 2017 due to a decline in the typical family type of households with 3-4 persons, an increase in the divorce rate, and an increase in the number of unmarried mothers. A single-parent family suffers from unstable jobs, low wages, child rearing, and household burdens immediately after its. The formation of a single-parent family is an inevitable involuntary move of the household due to the separation process of households. In particular, it is highly probable that a single-parent family who cares for a child is likely to suffer from the poverty of residential poverty in the socio-economic status of women. In this study, we analyze the difference of housing movements according to the characteristics of single parents, analyze the difference of residential movements by type, analyze the situation of residence movement, reason and policy needs of single parents,The research method was typed into detailed clusters using marital status, monthly income, employment type, total number of household heads, single - parent formation period, and number of residential movements.
