This study is an experimental study to clarify the influence of the short-term rowing ergometer training on the physical fitness, sense of confidence and perceived performance of middle school Taekwondo players in six weeks. Subjects of this study are consisted of 13 persons of experiment group and control group from the middle school Taekwondo players in City A. In order to analyze all data measured under this study, the SPSS 25.0K statistics program was used and the analysis of covariance was implemented. As a result, First, after participating in the training program, all physical fitness factors such as strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility, and cardiopulmonary endurance increased significantly compared to the control group. Second, after participating in the training program, the sport self - confidence sub- factors showed a significant increase in the level of self - confidence and self - sufficiency except for physical preparation. Third, it was found that the perceived performance after the training program was significantly increased compared to the control group.
