델파이와 베이지안 기법을 활용한 유아기 놀이성 평가의 방향 탐색

An Exploration of a Direction for Early Childhood Playfulness Evaluation with Delphi and Bayesian Approach Method

본 연구는 현장 경험이 있는 패널의 의견을 바탕으로 유아기 놀이성 평가척도의 우선순위와 가중치를 개발함으로써 유아기 놀이성을 측정하기 위한 신뢰롭고 타당한 평가의 방향성을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 현장전문가 12명을 패널로 선정하였다. 본 연구에서는 델파이 분석과 베이지안 접근 분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 위해 SPSS 25.0 & Excel 2016을 활용하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 유아기 놀이성 평가척도의 문항별 가중치는 동일하지 않기에 가중치를 반영한 평가준거모델의 개발이 요구되었다. 둘째, 상위 평가 영역에 대한 중요도 분석 결과 하위요인 4(즐거움의 표현)가 가장 중요한 영역으로 산출되었다. 셋째, 하위 평가 문항에 대한 중요도 분석 결과 ‘문항15’이 가장 중요한 문항으로 산출되었다. 또한 종합가중치를 살펴본 결과 ‘문항13’이 가장 중요한 문항으로 산출되었다. 이러한 결과는 유아기 놀이성 평가척도의 영역 및 문항별 우선순위와 가중치를 도출함으로써 유아기 놀이성 평가의 개선 방향을 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims to suggest the direction for a reliable and valid assessment for early childhood playfulness by developing the priorities and weights for early childhood playfulness evaluation scale based on the opinions of panel with field experience. For this purpose, total 12 field experts were selected. In this study, delphi and bayesian approach method were performed with SPSS 25.0 & Excel 2016. The results were as follows: First, since the weights of the items on early childhood playfulness evaluation scale didn t assign the same weights. It is required to develop the evaluation criteria model that reflects the weights. Second, as a result of importance analysis on the upper evaluation category, sub-factor No.4(expressing pleasure) was calculated to be the most important area in all three expert groups. Third, as a result of importance analysis on the lower evaluation items, item ‘No.15’ was calculated to be the most important item. Also, as a result of comprehensive weighting analysis, item ‘No.13’ was the most important item that derived from the comprehensive weighting analysis. This study is meaningful that can suggest the improvement direction for early childhood playfulness evaluation by finding out the priority and weight of each area and items of early childhood playfulness evaluation scale.
