예비유아교사의 인권감수성과 아동권리인식의 관계에서 윤리적 민감성의 매개효과

Mediating effect of ethical sensitivity in relationship between pre-service teacher s human rights sensitivity and child rights awareness

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 인권감수성이 아동권리인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 인권감수성과 아동권리인식 간의 관계에서 윤리적 민감성의 매개역할을 입증하는 것을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. J대학교 유아교육과 3학년 74명을 대상으로 2018년 9월 첫째 주 아동복지 과목의 개강 첫날에 인권감수성, 윤리적 민감성, 아동권리인식 검사를 실시하였다. 인권감수성, 윤리적 민감성, 아동권리인식 간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관계수를 분석하였다. 또한 상대적 영향력을 알아보기 위해서 단계별 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 윤리적 민감성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 인권감수성과 윤리적 민감성은 예비유아교사의 아동권리인식 전체를 40% 정도 설명하며, 예비유아교사의 인권감수성과 아동권리인식 간의 관계에서 윤리적 민감성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 윤리적 민감성은 예비유아교사의 인권감수성과 아동권리인식을 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타나 인권감수성이 아동권리인식에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 윤리적 민감성은 아동권리인식을 높일 수 있는 요인으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of pre-service early childhood teacher s sensitivity to the children rights awareness and to find out the mediating role of ethical sensitivity in the relationship between human rights sensitivity and child rights awareness. The subjects of this study included 74 students who have taken introduction to child welfare course in Child Education department from J University. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects of human rights sensitivity, ethical sensitivity, and children rights awareness. Pearson correlation coefficients were analyzed to examine the relationship between human rights sensitivity, ethical sensitivity, and children rights awareness. In order to investigate the relative influence, the multiple regression analysis was conducted and the Sobel Test was conducted to verify the mediating effect of ethical sensitivity. As a result of the research, human rights susceptibility and ethical sensitivity explain about 40% of all pre-service teachers of children rights awareness. As a result of verifying the mediating effects of ethical sensitivity on the relationship between pre-service teachers perception of human rights and children rights, ethical sensitivity is partly mediated by pre-service teachers perceptions of human rights and child rights, In the process, ethical sensitivity was found to be a factor in raising children rights awareness.
