Abstract Three sitagliptin analogs with propan-2-amine backbone carbon chain and 1,2,3-triazole were synthesized and evaluated for their DPP-4 inhibitory activity against recombinant human DPP-4 enzyme. All the analogs exhibited moderate to strong inhibitory activities.
