물류기업의 실시간 기업(RTE) 역량의 제고를 통한 기업 경영성과 제고방안에 대한 연구

A Study on the Improvement of Corporate Management Performance by Enhancing RTE Capacity of Logistics Companies

본 연구는 물류기업을 대상으로 하여 물류기업의 RTE 역량의 제고가 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하는 것으로 물류기업의 RTE 역량 제고에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 RTE 선행요인, RTE 역량, 기업 경영성과 간의 관계를 연구하는 것이다. RTE 선행요인으로는 환경 불확실성과 시장(고객)지향성, RTE 역량으로는 민첩성, 가시성, 예측능력, 정보시스템, 기업 경영성과로는 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과를 선정하였으며, 이들 간의 연구가설을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 RTE 선행요인으로서 환경 불확실성은 RTE 역량으로서 민첩성, 가시성, 정보시스템에는 긍정적이고 유의한 영향을 미치 며, 시장지향성은 민첩성과 정보시스템에만 긍정적이고 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 또한 RTE 역량으로서 민첩성, 가시성, 정보시스템은 재무적 성과에 긍정적이고 유의한 영향을 미치며, 민첩성과 가시성은 비재무적 성과에 긍정적이고 유의한 영향을 미친다. 그리고 RTE 선행요인과 기업 경영성과 사이에서 RTE 역량은 일부 매개변수의 역할을 한다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 물류기업들이 RTE로의 변화와 실행을 위하여 구비하여야 하는 RTE 역량들을 명확하게 규명하였으며, 물류기업들이 지각하는 RTE 선행요인들은 RTE 역량들의 제고에 영향을 미치며, RTE 역량들의 제고는 기업 경영성과의 제고로 연결될 수 있다. 따라서 물류기업들의 RTE 역량 확보는 기업 경영성과의 제고로 이어질 수 있으므로 물류기업들의 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the enhancement of RTE competence on the performance of the firm of logistics companies. This study is to investigate the relationship between RTE precedent, RTE capacity and business performance, which may affect the enhancement of RTE capacity of logistics companies. We selected environmental uncertainty, market(customer) orientation, agility, visibility, forecasting ability, information system, financial performance and non-financial performance as corporate management performance as the leading factors of RTE. The results of the research hypotheses between them are as follows. First, environmental uncertainty as a precedent factor of RTE has a positive and significant effect on agility, visibility and information system as RTE capacity, and market orientation has a positive and significant effect on agility and information system. Agility, visibility, and information systems as RTE capabilities have a positive and significant impact on financial performance, while agility and visibility have a positive and significant impact on non-financial performance. The RTE competency serves as some parameter between the RTE predecessor and the business performance. These findings clearly demonstrate the RTE capabilities that logistics companies have to offer to change and implement RTEs. The RTE predisposing factors perceived by logistics companies affect the enhancement of RTE competencies, And to improve the management performance. Therefore, securing the RTE capability of the logistics companies can lead to the enhancement of the management performance of the company, thus suggesting a way to secure the competitive advantage of the logistics companies.
