Effect of Mothers Eating Habits on Infants Eating Habits

본 연구의 목적은 어머니의 식습관과 영아의 식습관과의 상관관계와 어머니의 식습관이 영아의 식습관에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 첫째, 어머니의 식습관과 영아의 식습관과 사이에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 어머니의 식사전후 예절과 어머니의 식사태도와 영아의 식습관과의 관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 중에서도 어머니의 식사전후 예절과 영아의 위생인식과의 관계가 가장 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 식습관이 영아의 식습관에 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 어머니의 식사태도가 영아의 식습관에 가장 높은 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때 어머니의 식습관은 영아의 식습관에 밀접한 관계가 있으며 정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 식사전후 예절과 식사태도는 영아의 식습관과 밀접한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 부모의 식습관 중 식사태도가 영아의 위생인식에 가장 높은 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타나 바람직한 식습관 형성에 있어 어머니의 식습관이 매우 중요한 요인임을 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between mothers eating habits and infants eating habits and the effect of mothers eating habits on infants eating habits. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was revealed that there was a static correlation between mothers eating habits and infants eating habits, and that there was a high relationship between mothers pre-and post-meal manners and eating attitude and infants eating habits. In particular, the relationship between mothers pre- and post-meal manners and the hygiene awareness of infants showed the highest correlation. Second, there was an effect that mothers eating habits had on infants eating habits. Especially, mothers eating attitude had the highest effect on infants eating habits. As a result, it was revealed that there was a close relationship between mothers eating habits and infants eating habits, and that mothers’ eating habits had a static effect on infants’ eating habits. Especially, it was shown that there was a close relationship between mothers’ pre-and post-meal manners and eating attitude and infants eating habits. Therefore, the eating attitude among parents eating habits had the highest effect on the hygiene awareness of infants, which suggests that in forming the desirable eating habits in infants, mothers eating habits are a very important factor.
