창업기업의 기술보유유형이 창업전략에 미치는 영향 분석

A Study on the Influence of Technological Capabilities on the Strategy of Start-up Company

기술을 기반으로 하는 창업기업은 경쟁기업과 비교하여 보다 유리한 경쟁우위를 확보하고 있으며, 이러한 기술자원의 특성과 창업기업을 성공으로 이끄는 창업전략의 효과성을 확인하는 것은 창업기업의 성공에 상당한 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 창업기업의 기술자원의 유형과 창업성과의 관계구조에서 흡수역량, 기술준비도, 창업전략의 매개적 특성을 파악하고, 이러한 영향관계 분석을 통해 기술창업기업의 성공 가능성을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 창업 기업의 기술보유유형과 창업성과 간의 영향관계를 도식화하여 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였으며, 향후 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 연구모형에서 제안한 영향관계를 확인할 것이다.

The success of strar-ups has been introduced as an alternative solution to overcome the low-growth era. Therefore, many researchers have been interested in the success factors of technological start-ups. This study is to analyze the influence of technological capabilities on absorptive capacity, technology readiness, start-up strategy and firm performance. For an empirical analysis, we formulated structural equation model and will collect the effective questionnaires through countrywide e-mails and visiting surveys.
