제대군인 취업지원 변수가 취업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 취업지원 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

A Study on the Effects of Variables in Employment Support for Veterans over Outcomes -Focusing on Mediating Effects on the Satisfaction Level in Systems-

본 연구의 목적은 제대군인의 취업에 영향을 주는 변수(취업지원변수) 와 취업성과 사이의 매개변수를 밝힘으로서 제대군인의 취업성과를 설명하는 새로운 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

This study s intention is to draw variables that affect the satisfaction level and outcomes of veterans reemployment support systems. The variables are the factors pertaining to training program, competency, environment, and policy/system. We conducted a survey to clarify the overall situation of veterans reemployment. The result showed that environment, policy/system had an influence on the satisfaction level and outcomes of the system while training program, competency did not. We expect this study will contribute in providing ways when preparing practical systems for the veterans.
