프랜차이즈 베이커리의 브랜드 증거가 브랜드 현저성과 태도, 충성도에 미치는 영향

The Effects of the Brand Evidence of Franchise Bakery on Brand Salience, Attitude, and Loyalty

본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 베이커리 전문점을 연구대상으로 하여 지역 기반 베리커리 전문점에 대한 브랜드 태도와 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위해 브랜드 증거와 브랜드 현저성을 적용하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 지역 기반 베이커리 전문점의 기업화와 다점포화에 기여할 수 있는 유의미한 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다. 조사대상 브랜드는 점포수 기준 상위 2개 브랜드인 파리바게트, 뚜레주르로 선정하였다. 20세 이상 남녀 내국인 거주자 중에서 파리바게트와 뚜레쥬르를 이용한 경험이 있는 응답자를 표본으로 하여 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 베이커리 전문점의 브랜드 증거 중에서 브랜드 네임과 서비스스케이프, 직원서비스가 브랜드 현저성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 브랜드 증거 중에서 가격만 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 브랜드 현저성은 브랜드 태도와 브랜드 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적 으로 지역 기반 베이커리 전문점에 대한 긍정적인 태도 형성과 충성도 강화에 영향을 미치는 브랜드 증거와 브랜드 현저성을 역할을 규명하였다.

Based on franchised bakery shops which are the targets of this research, brand evidence and brand salience were applied in order to figure out the factors which affect brand attitude and loyalty in this research. Based on the result of this research, meaningful strategic implication which can contribute to forming corporations and multi-shop operation of the local bakery shops was suggested. Paris Baguette and Tour Les Jours were selected as the target brands since they are the top two franchise brands by the number of franchisee. A survey was conducted based on a sample survey by respondents who have visited Paris Baguette and Tour Les Jours, are over 20-year-old male and female, and are residing in Korea. As a result of this research, it was found that brand name, servicescape, and employee service in brand evidence of bakery shops had a positive effect on brand salience. In brand evidence, it was found that only price had a positive effect on brand attitude. It was found that brand salience had a positive effect on brand attitude and loyalty. In conclusion, it investigated roles of brand evidence and brand salience which affected positive attitude formation and reinforcement of loyalty in local bakery shops.
