초등교사의 소명의식과 행복감의 관계에서 소명실행, 그릿의 매개효과

The Mediating Effects of living a Calling and Grit Focus on The Relationship between Sense of Calling and Happiness of Elementary School Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 초등교사의 소명의식과 행복감의 관계에서 소명실행과 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 2019년 3월 15일부터 3월 31일까지 경기도, 서울시, 경북, 경남, 제주, 전북, 전남 등 전국에 걸쳐 소재하고 있는 초등학교에 재직 중인 교사 445명의 자료를 수집하였다. 결과 분석으로 기술통계 분석, 연구 모형의 적합도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석, 집중타당성과 판별타당성을 검증을 실시하고, 연구모형 검증을 위한 경로계수들의 유의성 확인 후, 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)으로 변인 간 효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 소명의식은 직접적으로 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소명의식은 소명실행, 그릿을 완전 매개하여 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 초등교사의 행복감 향상에 있어 소명의식과 더불어 소명실행, 그릿이 영향을 주는 중요 변인임을 확인했다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effects of living a Calling and grit in the relationship between sense of calling and happiness in elementary school teachers. For this purpose, the survey was conducted from March 15, 2019 to March 31, 2019. We collected 445 teachers data from elementary schools in Gyeonggi - do, Seoul, Kyungbuk, Gyeongnam, Jeju, Jeonbuk and Jeonnam. Results analysis showed descriptive factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validation of intrinsic validity and discriminant validity, confirmation of significance of path coefficients for verification of research model, and effect of variables by bootstrapping . The results of this research are as follows: First, the sense of calling does not directly affect euphoria. Second, the sense of callings has been found to affect euphoria through living a Calling and Grit completely mediating effect. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that living a Calling and Grit are important variables to improve the happiness of elementary school teachers.
