사회연결망 분석을 활용한 경제적 소외계층 비교과 연계 프로그램 연구동향 분석

A study of research trends in Extracurricular Program for the Economically Disadvantaged Children using Social Network Analysis

본 연구는 사회연결망 분석(Social Network Analysis) 중 토픽모델링과 키워드네트워크 분석방법을 활용하여 경제적 소외계층 비교과 연계 프로그램에 대한 선행 연구의 동향을 살펴보는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스(RISS), 누리미디어(DBpia), 한국학술정보(KISS)의 데이터베이스 및 Biblio Data Collector를 활용하여 경제적 소외계층 비교과 연계 프로그램 중 학술지에 등재된 114개의 논문을 최종 분석대상으로 선정하였고, 전처리 과정을 통하여 출현빈도 상위 40개의 키워드를 추출하였다. 연구동향을 파악하기 위해 토픽분석, 키워드네트워크 분석이 적용되었는데, 네트워크 분석 도구로는 사회 연결망 분석에서 많이 활용되고 있는 Netminer 4.3 프로그램을 사용하였다. 주요 연구 결과를 간략하게 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 키워드 출현빈도는 자아존중감, 사회적 기술, 치료 등의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, LAD모델을 기반으로 한 토픽모델링 분석결과 심리적 어려움, 성장, 정서발달, 복지, 자아개념, 사회성 발달과 관련된 6개의 토픽그룹이 만들어졌으며, 이 중 5개의 토픽그룹이 자아존중감 키워드를 포함하고 있었다. 셋째, 시기별 키워드 등장빈도를 분석하였다. 2001년부터 2006년까지는 가정과 관련된 키워드가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 2007년부터 2012년, 20013년부터 2018년까지는 자아존중감 키워드가 가장 높은 빈도로 분석되었다. 교육학 분야에 새롭게 적용된 사회연결망 분석을 실시한 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 개발 될 경제적 소외계층 비교과 프로그램이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고 발전시키는데 필요한 기초자료와 통찰을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the trends of previous studies on economic marginalization extracurricular linkage program using topic modeling and keyword network analysis methods in social network analysis. 114 articles published in journals among the economically marginalized extracurricular programs were selected as the final analysis targets using the database of Academic Research Information Service (RISS), Nuri Media(DBpia), Korean Academic Information(KISS), and Biblio Data Collector. The top 40 keywords of frequency of occurrence were extracted through preprocessing. In order to understand the research trend, topic analysis and keyword network analysis were applied. As a network analysis tool, Netminer 4.3 program, which is widely used in social network analysis, was used. A brief summary of the study is as follows. First, keyword frequency appeared in order of self-esteem, social skills, and treatment. Second, as a result of topic modeling analysis based on LAD model, six topic groups related to psychological difficulties, growth, emotional development, welfare, self-concept, and social development were created, and five topic groups included self-esteem keywords. Third, the frequency of keyword appearance by time was analyzed. From 2001 to 2006, keywords related to homes were the highest, and self-esteem keywords were most frequently analyzed from 2007 to 2012 and from 2013 to 2018. The results of this study, which analyzed social network newly applied to the field of pedagogy, can provide the basic data and insights needed to develop the research and to suggest the direction of economic marginalization extracurricular program.
