임금근로장애인의 여가활동참여가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Influence of Leisure Activity Participation on Life Satisfaction of Wage Earner with Disabilities: Focused on mediating effect of Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy

본 연구는 임금근로장애인의 여가활동참여가 그들의 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 그들 간의 관계에서 자아존중감과 자기효능감 요인이 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 한국장애인고용공단에서 구축한 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 자료를 활용하였으며, 임금근로장애인 1,365명을 추출하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 임금근로장애인의 여가활동참여는 생활만족도에 정적(+)으로 영향이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 자아존중감은 임금근로장애인의 여가활동참여와 생활만족도 간을 매개함을 검증하였다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 임금근로장애인의 자기효능감과 생활만족도 간을 매개함을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 본 연구결과를 토대로, 임금근로장애인의 여가활동참여와 생활만족도 간의 영향관계에서 자아존중감과 자기효능감의 향상을 통해 임금근로장애인들의 생활만족도를 높이기 위한 논의와 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to verify mediating effect of self-esteem and self-efficacy on the relationship between leisure activity participation and life satisfaction of wage earner with disabilities. A data of 1,365 wage earners with disabilities which derived from the 2nd wave panel data provided at Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled were utilized. The results were as follows : Firstly, leisure activity participation of wage earners with disabilities was positively influenced on the life satisfaction. Secondly, Self-esteem mediated between leisure activity participation and life satisfaction of wage earners with disabilities. Thirdly, Self-efficacy mediated between leisure activity participation and life satisfaction of wage earners with disabilities. Based on the results, it suggested some methods of ascent of life satisfaction of wage earners with disabilities through increasing self-esteem or self-efficacy.
