Nowadays, a spa is more than just a space for rest. Various types of spas have been developed, providing customized services based on customer needs for aesthetics and wellness. This study aimed to provide accurate information about and help people have better understanding of spas by investigating people’s awareness of spas, their patterns of use thereof and service satisfaction among adult women in their 20-50s. For data analysis, Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) WIN 21.0 was used. The study results found the following: First, when asked if they had heard of spa treatment, 76.0% said ‘Yes’.
