Effects of Single-person Beauty Career Image on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

While past hairdressers had a low social status and had little difficulty managing single hair salons in the neighborhood because they obtained certificates just for living purposes, as the beauty service industry developed, many existing single hair salons were closed down. There are numerous studies that cover beauty salons, but research on single hair salons is not enough, so this study focuses on how much the image of single hair salons affects customers satisfaction and loyalty, and aims to increase sales to single hair salon owners and single hair salon owners who can receive quality service as much as medium and large. The study distributed 510 questionnaires from September 6 to October 10, 2018 to customers who use hair salons, and collected 500 copies, of which 475 were used as final analyses. A single hair salon had a great impact on customer satisfaction(p>.001), which had a significant impact on customer loyalty(p>.001) and customer satisfaction also had a significant impact on customer loyalty(p>.001). Based on their technical skills and good products, single hair salons are expected to be loyal as well as fixed customers if they provide 1:1 customized service to customers through seamless communication without interruption by anyone. Based on the results of this study, Based on the results of this study, we look forward to using the image of a single hair salon to contribute to the development of a single hair salon market in the future.
