초연결사회는 글로벌화된 세계 질서의 작동을 묘사하는 용어이다. 디지털 정보사회의 진화와 혁신은 지능정보기술로 표상되는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 견인하고 있다. 인공지능과 사물인터넷, 빅데이터와 블록체인은 상호 결합하여 기계지능과 만물인터넷으로 진화하고 있으며, 이러한 지능화된 정보통신기술이 인간생활에 다양한 공리를 제공하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 하지만 초연결사회의 지능정보기술은 구조적이고 은밀한 통제의 가능성도 가지고 있다. 따라서 글로벌교육의 실질적인 인권 지향이 필요하다. 전반적으로 지능정보기술이 제공한 초연결성은 글로벌화를 가속화시켜 인권의 보편성과 평등성, 상호연계성의 실현을 지원해준다. 이것은 글로벌교육이 지향하는 자유와 평등, 정의의 구현을 통한 지속가능한 평화의 구축 가능성과 연결되어 있다. 글로벌화된 인권은 글로벌교육의 구성개념들과 동일한 궤적을 그리면서 실천되는 과정에서 상호교차적으로 초연결사회라는 현실세계에 재현될 수 있다.

Hyper-connected society can be described an operation of globalization in new world order. The evolution and innovation of a digital information society is taking the fourth industrial revolution by intelligence information technology. Artificial Intelligence, internet of things, big data, and block chain is transformed machine intelligence and internet of everything. It is true that these intelligent information technologies provide many diverse utilities to human life. But, in other aspects, intelligence information technologies have a lot of possibilities of control and oppression structurally and potentially in human society. Therefore, global education needs an authentic orientation to human rights positively. Globalization is accelerated by a hyper connectivity, this is related with a sustainable peace construction of global education.
