예비 유아교사의 놀이성과 대인관계가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

Influence of Playfulness and Interpersonal Relationship on Life Satisfaction of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 예비 유아교사의 놀이성과 대인관계 및 삶의 만족도와의 상관관계를 알아보고, 놀이성과 대인관계가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 경기도 지역에 소재한 4년제 대학교의 유아교육과 학생 587명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료를 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석과 상관분석 및 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 상관관계 분석결과, 예비 유아교사의 놀이성 전체 및 하위요인인 재미신념, 주도성, 반응성, 비억제성, 즉흥성과 삶의 만족도는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며 대인관계 전체 및 하위요인인 대인인지, 대인정서, 대인행동은 삶의 만족도와 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 단계적 회귀분석 결과, 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 놀이성의 하위요인 중 주도성과 대인관계의 하위요인인 대인정서인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 예비 유아교사의 삶의 만족도 향상 방안을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

This study investigated the relationship among playfulness, interpersonal relationship and life satisfaction of pre-service early childhood teachers to explore the influence of playfulness and interpersonal relationship on their life satisfaction. The participants were 587 pre-service early childhood teachers at university in Gyeonggi province. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression by SPSS 25.0. The results were as follows. There were significant positive correlations among playfulness, interpersonal relationship and life satisfaction of pre-service early childhood teachers. Initiative, sub factor of playfulness and interpersonal emotion, sub factor of interpersonal relationship were significant variables in predicting the life satisfaction of pre-service early childhood teachers. The results of this study are expected to provide baseline data for establishing method to increase life satisfaction of pre-service early childhood teachers.
